It started from Ms. Tori Agcaoili, who enjoys planning events as early as 8 years old by doing holiday and birthday parties in their neighborhood, for family and friends. She was oblivious at first because all she wanted was to be in a hotel and restaurant industry. But it didn’t go the way she wanted to. 7 years ago, she prayed for her purpose in life. And amazingly, she has been lead to her calling, and later she realized that being in the events industry is something that she is passionate about ever since. Opportunities came, her background in studying Hotel Restaurant and Management has been her driving core and eventually studied events management and wedding planning. Then her enthusiasm on stage as a performer brought her as one of the engaging Events Host in the industry. The rest is history! And now her life partner Mr. John Agcaoili studied events management as well, pursues his career in events and ventured in this business too, who is now the CEO of Calibre Events Co.

Calibre Events Co. will initially ask all primary details and services needed, get to know our clients and their goals in an event. From there, we will make sure that all goals, event services, and plans will be given thoroughly and meet the client’s expectations.
Calibre Events Co. is composed of 7 reliable professionals who have an individual collaborative experience as a team that allows their expertise to rise above in the events. The number of team members may vary on the need for the event. We have a pool of on-call coordinators if additional manpower is needed in an event.
Yes, primarily, we have uniforms for a casual and formal event, 2-way radio with a headset, clipboard with event details, and pen. Plus, an event emergency kit for an efficient and productive workforce.
For full on the day coordination, we only handle one event per day to ensure the quality of our services. For other event services, a maximum of 2 per day without sacrificing the quality of the second event.
Yes, we are registered in SEC, Municipality, and BIR.
Yes, we firmly believe that all agreements should be in black and white for the security of both parties.

For Event Planning and Coordination. Upon booking, 25% of the total package is required to confirm a slot and then followed by a 50% down payment before the event and balance of 25% on the day of the event. For other event services, we require 40% to confirm booking and 60% balance can be paid on the day of the event.
Yes. If the check is issued as the last payment, it should be given 1-2 weeks before the event day. Otherwise, we only accept cash on the event day itself.
Meetings vary on which type of services you have availed. Best answered on the first consultation.
